Quality Materials & Craftsmanship

Every Voodoo Design & Engineering exhaust product is made in the USA here at our facility from T304 stainless steel. Each system features Argon-back-purged TIG welding throughout and Cerakote thermal finish to reduce radiated heat and provide protection against corrosion and discoloration. We use T304 stainless instead of titanium, because is a much more suitable material. Titanium (while marginally lighter and massively more expensive) does not hold up well to heat cycle and will eventually develop stress cracks.

Every Voodoo Design & Engineering part starts with the creation of a 3D rendering of the vehicle utilizing state-of-the-art 3D laser scanners to ensure optimal fitment.
